Abet floated said idea when Mr. Robert Hudson, Vice President of the Filipino-American Memorial Endowment (FAME) made mention during the press conference of the “Bataan Freedom Run,” that their organization is planning to restore the 103 death march markers from Mariveles/Bagac going to Pampanga up to Capaz, Tarlac, and a member of the Provincial Information Office (PIO), raised a question if there is a law that protects these markers.
